What types of sessions can I hire you for?
I am currently taking on a limited number of maternity, newborn and breastfeeding sessions. I am also taking on birth sessions through Mosaic Birth Stories, a partnership with fellow birth photographer Rebecca Meyer. If you are considering booking me for your session, I recommend doing so as soon as you decide to do so!
What is included in a full session?
A full session includes a phone consultation to discuss the type of session you would like, outfit and location ideas, and any concerns or questions you have. On the day of the session, we will meet on location for about 1 hour of shooting. If you have an outfit change (maternity only) then the session may take a little longer. After the session, I will edit the best 15 images from the session and deliver the high resolution digital images in an online gallery within 2 weeks of the session.
Who is Mosaic Birth Stories?
You may have noticed by now, there is a new name around here: Mosaic Birth Stories. I am still actively photographing births, and as of January 2018, I have partnered with Rebecca Meyer Photography to offer birth photography through Mosaic Birth Stories. Rebecca comes with years of experience and natural talent and I am excited to be partnering with her! What does this mean for you? If you hire Mosaic Birth Stories to photograph your birth, either Rebecca or myself will be attending your birth depending on who is on call. This means there is ALWAYS a second photographer on call as a back-up. We will make your experience seamless and enjoyable!
What is your availability?
Because I am taking limited portrait sessions, my availability is limited. Please contact me ASAP to book your session. If I am unable to accommodate your session, I will refer you to several wonder photographers who you can reach out to.
I want maternity photography, but I don’t want my photos shared. What is your privacy policy?
My goal, as your photographer, is to make you feel comfortable and ultimately, be happy with your experience. With this in mind, I believe privacy is a big concern. I share a lot of photos on my website and on social media of the women I have photographed, and I want you to know that before sharing any photo online or use for marketing purposes, I obtain a signed model release. You do not have to sign a model release to hire me as your photographer.
